filleting fish
A few weeks ago I started a website about filleting fish… On this page I show about 45 movies about different fishes and how to fillet those species. http://www.filleting-fish.com This is a pure informative website for the sportfisherman. I ll hope you can learn something on this page....

Someone has hacked your site....How much are the knives posted to Ireland...would you have any pics of the knives ??
Hi Paul B,
The picture below shows the knives i sell in my webshop fileermessen.nl (part of filleting-fish.com). The knives with the blakc grips have a softer grip which some people like better!
Greetings,
Kuijt

Re: filleting fish
Just received two of the knives today
OMG
These are possibly the sharpest knives I have ever seen/used
Sturdy handle and well balanced - well made all round
Got one each of the filleting and the stiffer blade - both have same build quality and sharpness
Now I got to order another set for a mate....
Cheers Arie and Chris - nice to deal with you both
John

Re: filleting fish
Two types of knives available
Black Handle is soft grip option - €18.50 - comes in flexible or stiff blade option
Green handle is hard plastic - €14.95 - also comes in flexible or stiff blade option
I got two of the green ones - one each - using one for bait prep (stiff blade) and the other (flexible) for filleting at home etc
Shipping was €7.95
Paid by bank transfer as the guys dont have paypal setup - worked out just fine.
They are so sharp that they came with a small box of plasters
(seriously... they did!!
)
If you are interested send the lads an email at the address above as I had problems trying to place the order on the webshop (no english option on the site)
Think I should look for commission on any sales made ??
