anyone tried the hiro hooks or swivels? what do you think of them?

hi eric
ive used hiro shrimp rigs with the the weight in the packet its very handy the swivels seem fine grand and strong and the hooks a very sharp. thats on a rig i havent used them on there own yet

have used their swivels and they seem on par with the nustads i usually use.been using their chinu ring hooks for fly tying and am extremly happy with them. their razor sharp and hold their point well
shore species 2008(25):dogfish(3.1lbs), bull huss (12lb 2oz), bass, shore rockling, coalie, whiting, pollack, conger (22.4lbs),flounder, thick lipped mullet (4.8lbs),turbot,ling (11.2lbs),ballan wrasse(4.5lbs), cuckoo wrasse, pouting, poor cod, cod (9.5lbs), dab, 3 bearded rockling, long spined scorpion fish, corkwing wrasse, plaice, trigger fish, sea trout, garfish

I have been using their swivels and crimps for ages and find them great, I still prefer kamasan hooks though..

I highly recommend their stuff, they have a great range, not all of their hooks are great but the Aberdeen range are very good.
