we fished cheekpoint strand from 1 -5 pm high tide was around 7ish,27 anglers turned up for first comp.fishing was poor enough (very poor for me).93 fish where got (32 cod,34flounder,20 dab,5whiten ,2 eels).
it was won with 10 fish,i fished very poor ended with 2 had a load of under size tho in last hour :(

You cant win them all dude, better luck next time was there any size in the cod,

Best cod was about 1 lb and all the rest were just qualifiers at 20cms
