Report:was my birthday wednesday, got full planning permission from herself, i was a bit seedy from night before but headed out anyway with new imax bib and brace (pressie from herself) and a stack of bait, lovely day hit the beach got the first cast away and started filleting mack, shelling peeler and razor, good bit of bait prepared was warm so took of my hoody and went to the rucksack for the cap and shades, as i bent over enormous gull decided to have a dump on the back of my neck :shock: got the water bottle and a towel and washed it off, turned around and two labs were tuckin into my baits, :evil: kicked 1 up the arse and tug of war with the other over a whole mack, got half the mack backand turned around to see the other one headin off with my sambos, jesus what a start was knackered already, swear i am buying a cattle prod :twisted: anyway fished every concoction of bait left til hour after high tide , never got a single bite, dont ya just love fishing :D :D

well lad your asking the wrong man.
first all you need is 1 trace pulley rig with hook size 8/0
half mack,no worm baits
one oz lead fly reel 80lb line any boat rod will do
it starts at 7pm so arrive at 9.30pm
you would want to be fishing the outer channel so cast 350 yards
if you take my advice you could win the comp :lol: :lol:
we will have the crack if nothing else

Watty me auld mate you dont have to worry about anyone the form your in. Are the muckers still the top club or are the 'new boys' from Courtown out fishing you lot of glory hunters with team members from a host of other club.
