People: me

Duration: 10am - 2pm

Tide: rising - high at 1.30pm

Weather: excellent, sunny and almost no wind, current quite strong

Bait: Sandeel, mack, squid

Rigs: 3 up, pulley rig

Results: 3 bearded rockling (didn't measure but would say good 30cm)

Report:
Very nice day for fishing. Had to very strong bites within the first hour but lost them both. Current was very strong as very high waves came in. Changed place after two hours to cast into deeper water. Got the rockling on small 3 up hooks without noticing that I got a bite just by reeling in. In general I'd say poor fishing at the moment - just can get better.

Yeah - I blanked the last couple of times. Just did save fishing in Cheekpoint to have at least flounder and whiting - strange enough in Cheekpoint I always catch at least two flounders - doesn't matter which weather, just need the high tide for it
