Torbay Angling in the uk are doing them for 50stg with 20 for shipping, approx 95 eur, you'll get them her for about 120.

Bought mine 2 years ago for 70 euros in a tackle shop. 120 sounds a bit high.

Sorry John, thought it was the box and rest you needed, 120 was for both.

70 sounds about right for the conversion.

I'm sure Henry has them, he will look after ya.
