Kinagoe Bay

Saturday From 2pm till 8pm
High Tide 16.30
sea Calm
Overcast 9 Cel No Rain

Bait Rag, Mackerel, Sand Eels, Peeler Crab

We set up 2 rods Each and blanked all day 2 other fellas appeared and fished further down the beach they give up at about 5pm and said they where going to the next place up Tremore head i think another fella from Derry appeared just at 5.20 and told to stay till after dark and right enough at 6.30 we started to catch. A few flat ties at first then 2 nice Place 1 34 cms and the other 36cms all fish caught where put back.

Nice One Stafford, Its good to hear someone has caught down there, Ive been twice but always in daylight so probably why I never got anything, Must get back down again sometime, whbat bait & rig type where you using when you did catch after dark?

Never caught anything here myself apart from a few coalies, albiet spining off the rocks to the left of the beach.

Word has it the (very!) odd bass or two has been caught around the rocks to the right hand side of the beach...

There is a cracking rock mark to the left of the beach!

spot on Paddy up to the left, you come to a long rock face, up over that you then come to a small beach, fish the rocks to the right of it, recon its the best spot there...
as ole rab c said " see me' see the sea' i love the sea me"

This beach has always fished better at night. :wink:

spot on mate....have fished this place for years, and round by the stoney beach to me is the best mark there. on a calm night i have got ray and ling from that small beach....
