Waterford 24th feb

#1 Post by padge73 »

People: Myself & HAL

Duration: 12.00-4.00 pm

Tide: Dropping

Weather: Westerly, Dying out slowly.

Bait: Lures

Rigs:

Results: 1 bass Bout 4lbs

Report:
Fished a mark in waterford on the dropping tide, looked nice water was clear and a decent tide. Lots of mullet showing on the surface some decent looking fish amounst them will be back with the fly rod. Bit early for Bass on the lures but just thought we would get out for the air. Hal missed a fish them hooked up with a decent Bass taken bumping the lure on the bottom. Have to say an absolute result for February first bass of the season on lures! HOW BAD!
