Report:Finally got a chance to go fishing, first time in 6 months...got some bait and headed to clonea, the conditons were perfect for bass, i mean perfect...But they didnt show up...First bite was the coalie, not a bad size either.. my heart was racing because i was hoping it was a bass... ended up foul hooking 2 rockling...that was a sure sign it was time to go...

Was down in Clonea last Friday having come from ballinagoul pier but decided against it as it was like a hurricane blowing down there :evil: :evil:

dave what do you expect using all that rusty gear of yours ? did you even find any hooks that hadnt gone red rusty :?: you where lucky not to get ecoli off your flask at this stage :shock: take my advice poision a few punters ,get sacked and free up your time for fishing :roll: life is too short man :D
