When I was about 10 or 11 I convinced my mum to let me do my whole bedroom (well some of it! ) with pages cut out of angling times or anglers mail(more freshwater fish foolery)
I particularly remember Mrs Joyce Yallops 500lb Mako from the Eddystone - a grandmother and a centrepin reel as i remember.
They faded into newspaper yellow but those photos never faded from my mind.
There was always the grainy black and white one of the guy who caught the 226lb record skate - my fantasy fish as a youngster - AH what memories...........
