People:me & my brother

Duration[/b9am till 2pm
[b]Tide
:high tide at 12noon

Weather:lovely sun out no wind

Bait:lug and squid

Rigs:3 hook flappers

Results:10 whiting all over the 20cm mark. 2 plaice 30 & 33cm. 1 small smoothound, 1 dog fish, 1 codling 40cm.




Report:weather was like a summers day. my brother caught 2 whiting and 1 plaice i got the rest. fish were out far about 150 yards. wasnt a bad session

Species '20 (14) 5 Beard Rockling, Shore Rockling, Codling, Whiting, Pollock, Coalfish, Pouting, Corkwing Wrasse ,Ballan Wrasse, Poor Cod, Dab ,Smoothhound,Flounder, Thornback Ray

cheers, ithought conditions were a bit calm and sunny so wasnt expecting too much . the water was coloured though so that helped. i could get good casts out aswell.

well practice my son . but they were only out that far because of the time day. tried a few in close but not much look. but i always fish in close at night as fish will move inshore.

I got plenty of Small stuff Paul, Flounder Dabs and Whiting to 27cm, but it wasn't worth the extra 35 mins further down the Road. Would have preferred to fish ennerielly with a second rod out for Tope...

The Bro in Law Ally managed a 35cm Flounder, which was a nice Bonus, especially for the east Coast.
