People:Me, Codswollop and Graham M.

Duration:11:30am -> 3:30pm

Tide:High tide at approximately 5:15pm

Weather:Cold with a slight breeze

Bait:Lug, crab, squid, sandeel, mussell and mackerel (all frozen).

Rigs:2 hook flappers

Results:1 pin whiting

i think if i was fishing here i would have been setting up my gear as you were leaving high water and darkness would have / should have produced more fish , squid was the best bait for the whiting last trip out ,did you fish the beach or of the harbour?

It was off the harbour. I know what you're saying, it would have been better at high water in darkness. It was a spur of the moment trip so we weren't really prepared for a night session.
