Well done Conor.

I hope you enjoyed your M&M's.

If you are on that pier again, watch out for Drew - some say he owns the pier, others say he lives in the lighthouse, either way - he is never bloddy off it!!!!!

if he lives in it he'll be angry seeing my attempts to get through the bars to the lighthouse  , but it does shelter from the wind. which was a nuisance.

Fish from the Railings towards the North Pier Conor, 2 Hook Flapper with size 2 or 4 Fine wire hooks and a 3 or 4oz Griplead, Use Mack, Squid, and Rag if you can lay your hands on it, Only go about half way over, When you've casted leave the bail arm off to allow the bait to drop straight down as opposed to dropping toward you. after about 10 seconds tighten up til you have a wee bend in the Rod. and watch the tip like a hawk.
