Class footage, wouldn't like to be out in it though!
Its called fishing, not catching. If it was called catching it wouldn't be fishing!

Thats very cool. Was out off Dun Laoghaire once when there was a massive swell running straight into the harbour and it got forced even higher because of the pier walls. We were only in our RIB and were going very slowly out of the harbour we went over the egde of the wave in the boat and it just dropped everything went light for a few seconds, was pretty scary. My dad was talking to this guy who races RIB's and he was saying when they get air in a race that they have to thottle back to stop the boat from twisting in the air and landing crooked.

Tom

Next time your going and there's sea's like that are forecasted gimme a shout

That footage is class, being in a boat thats more than capable to handle those sea's, is unreal, i heard laughing when they bottomed out and water came over the deck. What an experience :D

This was obviously taken in a wind against tide situation at the mouth of Cork harbour where there can be a standing swell.East of Roches Point the weather wouldn't be half as bad, not joking , it looks a lot worse than it is.
