STOLEN TACKLE ALERT

#1 Post by paulocallaghan »

Was just in Southside Angling, and a guy mentioned that all his gear had just been stolen form the shed outside his house. So please be on the lookout for the following tackle that was stolen in the Tallaght area of Dublin the day before yesterday:

    2 x Penn 525 Super Mag Extras
    1 x Abu 6500 Super Hi Speed
2 x Century Tip Tornados Rods
1 x Sheakespeare Salt Beach Rod
1 x Sheakespeae Ugly Stik Atlantis boat Rod
    1 x Rod holdall
    1x 6ft Tripod
    1 x RT Beach shelter
    1 x Silva Headlamp
    1 x Colemna Northstar Lantern
    1 x IMAX 2pce Floatation Suit
    1 x Martini Fillet Knife

If anyone hears of anyone trying to sell this, could they please PM me so that i can pass the information on to the rightfull owner

Sorry Paul don't want to hijack your link but I will

I added my fishing gear (kept externallyfrom my house) to my House insurance policy for 30euro a year. 3000 euro of cover for fishing gear. just incase there is any issue over cover.

Small price to pay for peace of mind.

A timely reminder to make a record of your equipment, including **the serial numbers**. makes tracking it down a lot easier...

About 15 minutes on an excel spreadsheet would do it...
