Weather: cold enough SSE, picked up aswell as day went on
Bait: mack, mussel, sandeel, squid all frozen

Report: reports of a dry day had me wanting to get out - spring tide coinciding with dusk had me thinking good conditions
surprisingly the best fishing was in brightness
early on had a large mack on the bottom, to mack strip on a pulley
the late afternoon - thought i had a ray from the bite and pull - turned out to be a huss - check out the dodgy picture - I like!
2.5 kilos apparently - looked a lot bigger - fishemans tales eh :lol:
she took, mack wrapped in squid on a pulley
then threw on some mussel tipped with mack - got a dog on a 2 hook flapper
then in darkness had a rattle - no weight on - 2 pin whiting suspects retrieved - 1 on mack the other half a sandeel
stayed on another while - but no more bites - got cold too
crabs were a bit of trouble earlier but eased of with HT - the currents kept swinging the rigs from E-W and into shore and sticking them in the rocks/weed
lost 2 rigs - no bites on the big rod with steel trace and 6/0s....
good enough days fishing - ill let donal fill ye in himself :D
