head out to try one of the beaches in dunmore been planing to try for ages never seen anyone fishing on it and asked and no one ever heard of any one fishing it.had a small bit of bait left from sat night so gave it an hour.had a pout 1st cast two casts after that small bites and on last cast a doggie.will be back to give it a proper go.

Hi, I grew up in the area and had some nice flats of the beach, I presume ye mean in the lower village? mostly dabs with the very occasional plaice! hope this is some help. Found the next cove over to be a far more productive mark!

yeah the lower village it was the 2nd cove over i trird.was expecting flats there.was it long ago you used to fish it?

yeah its a good few years now man.. But fish should still be there..
