Roney Point / North Wexford

Destination was Roney Point, Fished from low tide up to 2 hours before high tide, 15.00 - 18.30. left the point just before dark as i did not fancy clambering the slippy rocks in darkness.

Fished two rods- one a distance and one close in with a variety of baits -rag , lug, and sandeel. Finding it hard to get any peelers.

There was a northerly wind that whiped up a good surf, it was bloody cold at the mark and it was made even worse by the fact that i did not get a bite for the whole session. There was a chap from Dublin and a local chap fishing the mark, all of us blanked.
