I told Rob who owns the patent to try and get Henrys to stock them, he mailed him last week. If he gets them in it'll definitely be interesting.
There are very good reports on them presenting some cool baits at distance, such as head hooked rag or that.

You don't need to, they advise plugging some baits in with ground bait. The problem with using it as a feeder is that it's designed to allow water to rush in when it hits the water forcing whatever is in the tube out the top. This is how it protects and then presents the bait.
It would just pop all the groundbait out in one go.
Also you'll get a coarse feeder to do what you want a lot cheaper than this dvice costs, just drill a hole through it and hang the feeder on a longtail weight.
