Hey Gazo,

me and a few of my mates have fished it we caught a good number of Flounder and eels. the best thing to do is dig the lug at blackrock and wait for the tide to come in. rag isnt that great here or lug from the shop. it has to be fresh. ive also heard of bass getting caught and initially thats what we went down fishing for but we didnt get any. two or three hook paternoster just lobbed out around 30 yards will see you get fish

so you should try to cast over where you dug, kinda like a groundbait, wheres the best spot to pick the fish up, it look quite vast.

we fished to the right of the baths, there is a sandy patch from the right hand side of the baths and it runs up to a rocky out crop. we fished in between that. the closer to the baths we fished the more eels we got for some reason

it has to be a floding tide the fish die off when the tide turns so around two hours before high water is good. ive only ever fished it when it was flat perhaps thats why we didnt get any bass.
