heading to arklow for the 4th 5th 6th 7th of next month finished each day at 5 but wont be able to go home. any one got any ideas of wear i should go if I can get out for some casts also where to get bait locally

You could try Ennereilly to the north. Ballymoney or Castletown to the South. Bait available in Gorey (East Coast Dog and Gun, ring them first to check) or Bray (Viking Tackle).

arklow south beach is worth a try especialy after dark
dogs flats whitting as for bait give viking a call in bray and they will sort you out

bait can also be bought in the Power's Music (I think that's the name) - in the main street in Arklow - opposite the car park. Live rag, frozen sandeel, etc. Don't know the opening hours or availability.

You can also get bait in Wicklow, Frankie's Sports at the top of the main street do frozen baits and Dogs, Rods & Guns stock fresh and frozen.

Kilgorman, Clone (Castletown) are other beaches that you could try.

Also, Courtown was fishing well for Ray last week. Fish baits were working on the night.

thanks lads will try Ennereilly on the friday night as i know it from a sesion with d brock will try get bait in the shop in arklow traveling to bray wicklow or gorey defeats the purpose of not going home
