Hi mates,
I don't write often on this forum, but read it daily. I'm belgian, living near Cork for 5 years and passionated by sea-angling ( and coarse) for the last 30 years. I go at least twice weekly fishing, mostly in Cobh, Crosshaven, monkstwon,...
To be honest: I caught very bad the last weeks, it's like there's no fish anymore!!
The way how I like it most: 1 or two rods, with groundbait, casting and waiting. I'm not really interested in spinning etc...
Please, is there somebody who can give me a golden tip?? A (quiet) place where I can have some hours of fun. For me catch and release
Today, i was in sandycove, didn't fish over there, just walked around to check some spots. Has somebody any exper. over there??
Tomorrow I'm off, and go fishing for the whole day.
Thanks
Cork harbour and around - disappointed

Hi rory,
i recieved your 2 emails and even answered. but I think you don't get my answers.... Unfortunetly I had to work today, but I'm off tue and wedn. I go fishing those two days, starting several hours before Ht in the afternoon. Probably tomorrow somewhere around crossahev or in Ringaskiddy, wednesday in Sandyscove. never fished over there, but last sunday I was walking over there and felt in love with that place.
yes, I'm very interested in the correct place in crosshaven and what bait. You alwaus can send me an mail to gillet52@hotmail.com or otherwise 085.763.17.94
