People: Me & Bigcol

Duration: 6-30pm to 10-30pm

Tide: Low 7pm

Weather: Calm

Bait: Lug, Sandeel, Mack

Rigs: 2 hook flapper

Results: Dogs, Flounder, Bass

Catch and Release:: Yes/No

Report:

Arrived to find quite a lot of fine weed so had to move well down until it cleared, Colm was first off the mark with a couple of Flounders, then the dogs took a fancy to the sandeels I was using, Col then missed a cracking fish, stripped line and shot off up the beach and with much oh yes and oh no it was away :x
A few more dogs came in after that and I was just saying right this is my last cast, tap, tap, bang........ a nice 3lb cracking conditioned Bass on the sandeel

Sorry but this one wasn't going back :wink:

Just filleted it and bake in tin foil, don't know the temp details I just supply the fish :D

Forgot to mention about Colm sneaking out a new addition to his rig from Veals, crept up when he was baiting up to find a sparking popper lure thingy sat at top of the rig, he got a fish on it all right - DOGGY :shock: :shock: :lol:
