Bream?

#1 Post by EoinMag »

Where would I go about catching such a fish in the Dublin area?
What baits do they go for and any special rig considerations?

Any help would be much appreciated.

I might be able to help you with freshwater Bream but if your talking about Gilthead Bream i dont think that there is anywhere that you can really target them Specifically, i know one or two have shown up but it was a complete surprise!
I could be wrong though maybe i just done know any marks!

Yeah I mean gilt head, I can get freshwater ones no problem down around loch na blaithi and Elphin if I go out with the brother.

Am curious if they turn up in Dublin at all.
