There are probably plenty of books and web sites about fishing in N.Ireland. There is no better way than getting out and driving the coast. From Belfast to Benone(Magilligan), you are bound to come accross people fishing and during the winter there is nearly always an open competition taking place. Talk to them. I have yet to see any of them bite
