Dont think i agree with that statement the harbour at the moment looks like a pile of rocks that fell of bray head and rolled in to the sea. the new harbour will have a marina, two wall with more shelter and will probably give you access to areas of the ocean you never have fished. plus it will give a massive boost to the local economy.
