Weather: Blustery, Showery- Generally Miserable

Bait: Peelers, Suid and Sandeel.

Results:2 hounds, one dog.

Report:

Was going to head up the east coast but as I left the house a weather front moved in so decided to just fish locally... Got the point and the weather just began to deteriorate... Got the light ot fit set up with a nice popper on a pulley rig and out she went... Got back to setting up the heavy rod with a fine tope rig, when I saw the century leave the rest at speed, haeding straight for the rocks, panic managed to garb it before it slapped off the braek water and delighted to hook up with a really hard fighting smoothie.. Clambered uo the rocks to fight the fish who stayed at distance, worked him close to shore when he changed his mind and off again... Eventually landed a nice smoothie.. See below... later a managed to hook up with a smaller strarry but at hat stage had enough of the weather..

Cheers man had a better one the night before up at the cannons... Funny both fish taken in the day light.. Off plugging tonight so fingers crossed..

nice hound ! good old seatbox the perfect way to measure a fish wen there is no scale about :lol:
