People: me fein

Duration: 20:45 - 00: 30

Tide: high at 00:30

Weather: cloudy, occasional, light mist one very heavy shower - wind from sw

Bait: refrozen mack sandeel and lug!

Rigs: 2 hook flapper and single hook pat

Results: 1 flounder 32cm - lots of crab

Catch and Release:: Yes

Report: was itching to get out - saw the forecast saying rain - but the day was fine enough - so said id chance it

started pouring round 19:00 - thought the gods were against me

tide wasnt worth talking about - had a poker game on offer - but glad i declined in the end

nice bit of surf when i got in there - first few cast with mack - were hammered by the crab

then the lug tipped with sandeel - drew some interest on the other rod

about an hour in in the twighlight - hooked the flounder - measured and released - biggest ive gotten here so far 32cm :D

had another few nibbles - no hook up - few more crabs - bait was gone and called it a night

nice to get out

now back to the books

:roll:

ps - that accuweather is very accurate (sorry!) it stated on the hourly forecast that the rain would stop for 3-4 hours and it did! - well impressed
