Mouth Of the Boyne

#1 Post by whitewerdna »

I have to stay in a friends house in mornington for the next few weeks. Was out for my evening run down the beach noticed about 10 people fishing back into the estuary, they looked like they were all using feathers. any ideas what they were after? is it worth heading back to town the weekend and getting some gear??

They were after mackerel. They get them on the rise here in the evenings. Bass too casting spinners along the rocks
I require a tremendous amount of calcium
