How's the Fishing around Rossbeigh / Ring of Kerry

#1 Post by StevieC »

Kerry seems to be the place to be at the moment..... I'm heading down this weekend for a two week stay in Glenbeigh :D and was wondering how the area is fishing at present, particularly Rossbeigh Strand :?:
Any info would be much appreciated and if not for public consumption, please pm me. Discretion is my middle name.
Thanks

I was talking to Kevin Brain (KB Baits) last week he said there was a few nice bass taken off that beach
If your travelling with family have a look at Kells Bay lovely little north facing beach,
Fishing the outer points should get you mackeral, pollack, wrasse and dabs and dogs on the bottom.

If you need bait you can contact Kevin on 087 6766986 or 066 6474942
he's based in Waterville about 30 miles away

Have a look at http://www.kbfishingireland.co.uk

P.S. Tell him I sent you
