anyone got a colour preference for shirring elastic when attaching bait to hook?

the thicker stuff is useless, why some online sites post you that - i really dont know...

As the lads said, use the fine, clear elastic. It takes the colour of the bait so you can't see it at all. Always bring two or three spools, they go missing all the time. Only use the heavy stuff if you're making knickers.

same as.. always have two or three spools handy... fishing with fishinmidget, nige and Papa smirff i'll be nearly always be guaranteed to be going home with one less :twisted: :twisted: :lol:
