how far up north fn the east coast will smoothies go?

They only really show as far as north wicklow have never heard of any fish being reported in dublin.. Best fishing tp be had in wexfod!

smoothies can be caught off killiney beach.

had one in the boat in Dublin bay 2 weeks ago.
last year was good from killiney beach.

john you sound like gods messenger! what tatics did you use off the boat and off the shore. where a bouts on killiney beach did you get them, are common .

Smoothies have been recorded as far north as Drogheda. I had a few in Sorrento park last year - small fish but smoothies nonetheless. They are probably at this stage available from numerous Dublin venues if the some time was put in.

Pretty sure there was a report on this forum from an undisclosed north dublin mark, not 100% though, a search may throw it up.

had one in dublin bay last year a wopper (on a shallow bass mark 5 feet of water)only once mind you!

have had them from both poolbeg and sorrento to 7lbs !!!

there are pleanty of dublin spots where they can be caught
