People:1

Duration:9.30/10.45

Tide:.h.w. @11ish

Weather:calm

Bait:lures..

Rigs:

Results:2 bass about 4+3lbs.
drove about earler in the day lookin for some clear water, in most places it was like soup, very coloured and lots of weed returned home without wettin a lure. by 8p.m. went again about 9 in the hope that the mark i had chosen would be fishable, there was a bit of a swell, but the water had cleared a lot +the wind had dropped. when the lure came back weedless after the first few casts felt a bit more hope full, got to the hotspot and after 3/4casts had a solid take 10 yards out the fish surfaced shaking its head and threw the hook lobbed the lure back out 10 yards and it was taken instantly used the backwind to play the fish, gave a good fight and surged off several times with the undercurrant before i could beach it,a bit over 4lb...
P/R.
tryed a few more casts before goin further along the shore returned to the hot spot 30 mins. later first cast to the "gap" bang, this fish fought as good as the first but was only about 3lb. as i played it a bass charged into a shoal of sprats that the hooked fish had caused to panic,skulled in the hooked fish and cast to the spot, no good, felt sure i was gona get him.... still was well happy.. both fish were P.R.ed

Catch and Release:: Yes/No

i didn't mean just bass. i would give my right arm for one!! unfortunately they are very scarce up this way. just wondered whether you targeted other fish.
