What did you get the starries on Paul, was it peeler crab?

ya donal, peeler. the big one though came to peeler and squid cocktail. the sea got very rough during the session so i think thats what put the smoothies off as i have been told they like calmer water.

Your right about the calmer water paul we had 6 big smoothies their saturday night water was like a lake, went back monday night water very ruff had some small tope flattys one bass and dogs, no smoothies.

Alright Gino!

Yeah, we fished a club compo @ Morriscastle 2 weeks ago and everyone thought that we'd catch feck all in the flat calm and sun . . . in the first 2.5 hours we had 12 big Smoothies running from 88cm - 92cm.

Was a great session, some fell to crab but most I think went for rag.

I think the weather is to calm down on Saturday, so hopefully it will hgave settled down enough to bring them back . . I might go down there myself if it does.

its one of the beachs around castletown in wexford. theres a few nice beachs there, such as clones kilgorman and ballymoney. relatively deep water and clean sand
