just when i thought things couldn't get any better...

People: myself

Duration: afternoon session and evening session

Tide: all over the place

Weather: warm clear with light wind later on

Bait:lug,rag,sandeel, crab,

Rigs: various

Results: loads of doggies, loads of whiting, a few dab, 1 starry smoothound and 3 tope..(yes you read it right.. Tope.,
)
Catch and Release:: Yes

Report:
went out onto the pier in the afternoon to see what would be about.. Got quite a few doggies and a couple of dab.. And loads of whiting.. Had a few hours break for dinner and got back fishing for 8pm in the same place. Brought crab with me this time.. Cast out a crab and on first cast got a starry smoothie.. Cast out again and got a doggie.. When a whiting... Missed something big and had a bit of crab left on the hook so i wrapped it in party squid...tap tap tap pulled it in and thought it was another smoothie... But no.. It was a small tope.. Another species to the list.. teacher joined of while i was posting picture of tope into species hunt thread.. So i cast out the same bait while i waited for the pic to upload..a few minutes later.. Tap tap tap.. Another tope.. i think i'll be fishing this side more often.. teacher left me to it and it wasn't long before i pulled in another one.. Them it was doggies and whiting again after that.. Probably the best few days fishing i've had in years..,

another 3 days left... Wonder what else i can catch.. :D :D :D

MC - thats only if you choose to stand beside him - and listen to him over and over and over again

you know yourself - when your crossing the fields - your laces will have to be done - take a minuet or 2 to sort them out wait for the others to set up

and let some other poor bugger listen to him!!! :lol: :lol: :lol:
