Rosslare Strand, Co Wexford, June 4

People:teacher and I

Duration:6.30 pm to 1am

Tide:Was in at 9pm or so

Weather: Was overcast, cleared off a bit.

Bait:Crab, also lug and mack to tip

Rigs:Pulley, 2 Hook Clip down (?), flapper in close.

Results: 3 Starry Smooth Hound, 1 lsd, 1 flounder for me (again), 3 Starry and 1 Common smooth hound for teacher.

Catch and Release:: Yes



Report: Bigger Surf and a lot more weed than one would hope for, -we didn't really start catching any smooth hound till 10 pm or so. Wish the bigger brothers would show up!

maybe its because you can hold the fish better, looks like you had a good night, hopfuly they be bigger next time
