Weather: Was overcast, some rain, then cleared.
Bait:Crab, also lug and mack to tip
Rigs:Pulley, added a two hook flier.
Results: 3 Smooth hound, 1 lsd, 1 flounder.
Catch and Release:: Yes
Report: Had intended to fish the point, but when I arrived saw that the ground was pretty soft/covered by tide along the burrow and I didn't fancy the walk. Went back down to the strand, parking car in car park opposite Ryan's Pub. Got the lsd first, then the first smut. Flounder was caught on the flier about 20 feet out, then followed up by 2 more smoothies. Biggest smut about 3lbs or so
