anybody ever fished kilmore harbour ?

cant get out tomorrow in boat at kilmore.....****... ****....****.... all rigs and a rake of bait organised... has anybody ever fished at the harbour ??? eg conger bashing etc etc. going to go down and try.... the off chance if the weather changes....or any other spots in the vicinity.....cheers.....

was looking a few weeks ago at the beach to the left of the pier, i recon fishing from the pier over the beach has got to hold bass (1/2 way to end of ban), dogs, flats and ray

There's mullet in the harbour but if the winds are inshore, try the front beach in Cullenstown or the Burrow beach for bass.

with 2 weeks left before the END of the bass BAN.
