If you have ragworm Boycie then a multi hook rig of small lures like hokkais and similar will catch wrasse all day baited with rag. Add a sliver of mackerel to some as well for codling, pouting, cuckoo wrasse etc. Any lads familiar with gilling tactics with a team of 3 jellies will catch plenty of pollack if the water is clear enough.

I was using a 3 boom spreader rig which is basically a 3 hook boomed flapper with some yellow beads on the snoods to great effect last time out. One thing to note, tough hooks are required to cope with the wrasse which run to good sizes and the pollack. I used some of the Hiro rigs last time out there and they couldnt cope.

HTH. Rag is king down there.....
Fluff chucking is the new black..... Rampant Wreckfish is a fly angler in denial :D
