People:me

Duration:3 hrs

Tide:falling

Weather:windy

Bait:rag mac crab razor

Rigs: 3 hook clipped and a 3 hook flapper

Results:5 doggies 4 huss 2 flounder 1 whitting 1 smoothie(i think)
Catch and Release:: Yes/No yes




Report:went out to fish arklow went towards the southbeach and fished right beside the roadstone enterance
first cast had a huss then hit a doggie about 2 hrs into the session i hit a shark like fish that was a bar of silver was 35 cm long i think it was a smoothie caught it on rag tipped with mac i have to say it was a great 3 hrs fishing and i will go back to that spot again

nice session croppy mmmm bull huss might give it a go next weekend havnt fished arklow in yonks down at the harbour end can hold a lot of speices but it does get snaggy right next to it :idea:

What time of day were you fishing at?
Was at arlow pier on saturday and didn't get anything. :(

I was just at the entrance to roadstone i started fishing about 10 pm

i wasnt sure if it was a smoothie because of the snout it was almost pointed but at least i have achieved one of my goals for this year and caught one

they were only around 3lbs i had no scales must invest in one of them i also brought a camera but batteries were gone going back again this weekend making sure camera works
