is the downloadable timetable spot on?

#1 Post by rab01 »

hi lads, just wondering if all of u go by the timetable on this site and how accurate it is? i'm digging rag in the morning at belfast lough and low tide on this websites timetable is 8.14am, whereas on another website the is a difference of nearly an hour. don't wanna mess this up tommorrow as we planned to go fishing straight after digging so no digging would mean no fishing. any help would be appreciated lads!

Tides

It may be that one of the www site predictions may not have been adjusted for summer time.
Also, do bear in mind that atmospheric pressure and wind direction can have quite an effect on tide levels.
