try teletext! RTE seems to be best page 162/163 but there is also BBC and ITV i yake it that you did not go out in the boat then. (hope you didn't!!)

http://www.metcheck.com is pretty accurate ,gives you a good break down throughout the day so you have an idea whats coming .
