Daiwa Spares

I am looking for a new Bail arm for a Daiwa 6000B. I have sent 5 E Mails to Daiwa UK and have not even received a reply. Are they still in business. I got the address from their UK web site. Anyone got any idea where I can get a replacement. Local tackle shops seem to have a problem also.
