i plan to collect some peeler crab over the weekend and freeze them but 3 quarters of the crab will probably be only starting to peel what do i do to bring them to the stage to were the shells are hanging off them and ready to freeze

leave them out of the fridge the temp rise will bring em on there was an article on http://www.worldseafishing.com/ about crab it should be worth a gander :wink:
