This site is designed for surfers but is very helpful when planning a fishing trip as it gives expected rainfall, cloudcover, windspeed, direction etc hour by hour

This site gives info from the data buoys on the coast from the previous 24 hours. Particularly useful to small boat anglers as it give wave height. Useful to check what the sea is like without leaving home

http://www.ecmwf.int is a good site, especially if you want to look a week ahead!
