VISITING BALTIMORE IN JULY

H i guys visiting baltimore july 5th for a week looking to do some rock fishing and 1 or 2 days on a boat any advise would be much appreciated
also can we hire small boats as we all have our own back here.....
we are mainly boat anglers but we wanted a change and decided to do mostly shore fishing...we looking for pollock & rasse fishing ond maybe a few bass if we are lucky....
