Crude Construction...

#1 Post by Mr_Green »

heres a spool holder for making rigs at the gaff... it holds amnesia and later in the day im gonna buy a drill and make a hole for the shockleaders and rig body main lines... made out of the shelves u get from the argos cd/dvd holders.. i have a surplus of them lol... a wooden spoon with the spoon bit cut off... just makes the holes in the side walls and slip in the spoon bar, make sure u have about 2 cms stickin out of each siude and also that theres enuf room for the bar to spin...stick on ur amnesia...so ur line isnt all over the table but in a nice neat box that just spins away and gives u ur line...

Great idea, very useful. Also like the idea of adding springs for loading reels, anyone try this yet?
If people concentrated on the really important things in life, there'd be a shortage of fishing rods.
