Kilmuckridge SAC's Open was fished yesterday on Morriscastle & Ballynamona. The fishing was excellent (although I didn't do great) with lots of codling all along the three zones, they seemed to be the main fish in most peoples catches, biggest round was a 50cm Cod and biggest flat was a 30cm flounder, had a 27cm dab so I wasn't 100 miles away
I finished 8th or 9th in my zone I think, my zone was won with 15 fish. Overall winner had 20 fish on Morriscastle I think. Very well run and enjoyable session.
