A bad days fishing is better than a good day at work.

Guys,

I went to lidl this morning. At one point I was heading towards the checkout with 5 kits ! My wife made me see sense! LOL

I ended up buying just the 175 piece kit - beads, swivels etc.

Theres a packet of swivels in the kit and I can't work out how to use them! Theres a snap link on one end and the other has a tapered bar covered with a flourescent rubber sleeve. What do I use this for? (Keep it clean!)
Species List 2012 (Me) - Lesser Spotted Dogfish, Plaice, Codling, pollack, dab, SS Scorpion Fish, Ballan Wrasse, Codling.

Species List 2012 (Daniel) - Not got started yet :-(

I was out testing the Lidl Surf Kit last night. Seems ideal for the east coast. report later.
