crackin fishin , we are lucky to get a 2lb codling on the antrim coast , mainly undersize fish at moment.

well done
if it cant get its jaws round a 1/0 its not worth catching [ mullet excluded ]

Species 2012: Flounder, Whiting, Dublin Bay Codling, Coalie, 3 Beard Rockling, Shore Rockling, Bass, Dogfish, 5.2lb Starry Smoothhound (PB), Twaite Shad, Thornback Ray 5.8lbs (PB), LSD, Pollock, Ballan Wrasse, Cork Wing Wrasse, 43cm Flounder (PB)

Species 2013: Coalie, East Coast Codling, Smoothounds, And hopefully a back opp to get back fishing soon...

some lovely some cod there like rab 525 said your lucky if you get a 2lber up on the antrim coast and even then they are thin fish not as plump as them lads great fishing

a 2lb fish is a 2lb fish plump or not if u had a skinny 2 pounder i would say it would have more meat on it than a fish with a full belly making up the weight
